B2B Warranty & Claim Policy
1. General Principle
We are committed to delivering high-quality commercial products. In the event of quality discrepancies, we operate on a "Claim and Compensation" basis rather than physical international returns, ensuring a fast and cost-effective resolution for our B2B partners.
2. Standard Quality Issues - Next Order Credit
If you discover standard, non-human-induced manufacturing defects (e.g., minor surface flaws, missing hardware, or stitching issues) upon receiving the cargo:
Resolution: Once the defect is verified by our QA team, we will calculate the corresponding value of the defective items. This amount will be applied as a direct discount or credit deduction on your next purchase order.
Replacement Parts: Alternatively, we can ship replacement parts (e.g., furniture legs, fabric covers, or hardware) free of charge along with your next container.
3. Major Quality Issues - Direct Compensation
In the rare event of major manufacturing defects that render the products unsalable or structurally unsafe (and which are proven to be factory faults rather than transit damage):
Resolution: After a thorough investigation and verification of the evidence, we will provide direct financial compensation for the affected batch, or arrange a refund for the specific defective items without requiring you to wait for a future order.
4. Claim Procedure
To initiate a claim, the buyer must submit the following within 30 days of the cargo's arrival at the destination port:
The Commercial Invoice (CI) or Proforma Invoice (PI) number.
Clear photographs and videos showing the overall product and the specific defect.
A brief description of the issue and the quantity affected.
5. Exemptions
This policy does not cover damages or defects resulting from:
Improper unloading, handling, or storage after arriving at the destination port.
Damage caused during ocean transit (this should be claimed through your shipping insurance, unless the Incoterm is CIF/DDP and we purchased the insurance).
Improper assembly, misuse, or human-induced damage.
